A little bit of Ternopil

Hey Everyone!!! The orientation week has gone by so fast!!! On Monday, we begin the lecture phase. This week we just went over rules and were given our work duties. We also went over the history of YWAM and some other general things. I am getting used to Ukrainian food. I just don't ask what we're eating and I'm ok. This morning we had tunafish on toast for breakfast... different but not bad at all. These are just a few pictures I've taken of the city. The one on the top is a picture of a park that is about 10 monutes walk from the school. Obviously you can tell that the graffiti is of the Simpson's. I thought that was kind of funny. I was told that it was made by some 4th graders. I was just impressed at how good it was. The picture on the right is of the base where I live. It is very big and has 3 floors. Everything is very nice. I have gone sightseeing twice so far, once with the entire group and once with a few of the other students. I am starting to understand alot of Russian. And I have a few of the other students helping me to learn to speak Russian. I can always tell if I said something wrong because they just look at me and laugh. I am having a great time here, but I do miss everyone back home very much. Well, it is time to go eat lunch so I have to go. I"ll update you all soon. I love and miss you all! God bless!!!
