India!

Hi everyone! This past week was very good! Our speaker for the week was an American woman who is from Georgia but has been working in YWAM Perm for the last 6 or 7 years. Perm is in Russia, and we have a student (Natasha) who is from there. Wanda taught on, "Character of God." It was really good! For our fun time this week we went to Sharyn and Ruslan's and had a ping-pong tournoment. I lost 21-7 to Wanda... she is REALLY good. Tomorrow we are going to Sevastopol to watch Yura be baptized. After his baptism, we are going to the rehab center. I will be playing a song with Natasha and Nika, and Andrea and I will be performing our hit single, "How He Loves Us." LOL Here are the details of my India trip. We got to meet the pastor from Sevastopol who is currently working there in Delhi. He and his family are actually home for a month, so we won't see them until the last week. Actually the first team won't see them at all, because they leave 1 week before us. Anyway, Delhi is 6 hours time difference from here, so I will be 13 hours difference from you guys. It is currently 45C there. We will be coming during the rainy season, but rainy doesn't mean cooler. We were actually told that it is hottest during rainy season, so I am praying for grace because I know that I will need it :) I will have to buy a sari when I get there, because they will be more open to listen to us if we dress like them. They have KFC in Delhi!!! Chicken is the only meat that they eat, so that is probably why they have it :) They also have McDonalds, but the burgers have no meat in them. My leader Gyulia told me that. They apperently have very good peanut butter too. The vegetables and fruits there are really cheap so I know what I'll be eating for the next month. The American dollar is worth 50 rupees, so the exchange rate is really good. I also found out that we will have wi-fi in our apartment, house, wherever we're staying. That was a BIG shocker! I was not expecting that at all, but it is a blessing for sure. Well, I have to go for now, but I will update again soon. I love and miss you allvery much! Blessings, especially to all the graduates. -Missy
